Most orders are packed the same day from our warehouse however please allow 1-2 working days for handling. Orders placed before 11am AEST will be dispatched the same day. Delivery times are approximate. 

Domestic Shipping

Orders within Australia will be shipped via Aus Post, please see the table below for rates and estimate delivery times and costs. All orders over $200 receive complimentary standard shipping.

We ship worldwide with DHL Express who will generally deliver within 3-7 business days after dispatch from our warehouse. TAO TUI is not responsible for covering any import, duties or taxes charged by customs. Please see the table below for shipping rates.
