We offer a few different shipping options depending on your order value and location.

Deliveries to countries outside Australia may incur a customs duty or import tax before your order can get to you. Unfortunately, customs duty and import taxes are charged by your local customs authority, so we can’t cover this one. You can contact your local customs office for more information on this.

If there is no sign of your parcel please check with other members of the household, body corporate/ building management and even your neighbours who may have collected it for safekeeping. Once you have checked all possible delivery locations and still have no luck in finding your parcel, please send us an email to hello@tao-tui.com so we can investigate further with the courier.

In the event that you weren’t able to pick up your order from a designated pick up point, a delivery attempt was made several times or you have rejected a customs charge and the parcel is now being returned to us, we will put the item/s back into stock levels and the order will be refunded minus any shipping components. If the items are still wanted, they must be re-ordered. Sometimes you contact the courier directly, as soon as possible, with your tracking number to see if they’re able to redirect the parcel back to you before it reaches us.

In the rare event that the documentation provided for your items (international orders) was insufficient and the items have been sent back to us, we will investigate the matter further and more than likely ship the item back to you, at our expense. However, customs will usually either contact you directly or TAO TUI and in that case we will work to resolve the issue to avoid the item being sent back.

Unfortunately, import duty and taxes are completely out of our control and may be imposed by your local customs office. We aren’t able to provide estimates on this as it differs for each country and we are not responsible for creating or imposing those charges. As per our Returns Policy, TAO TUI is not responsible for refunding or covering any import duty and taxes charged by customs.

We are so sorry to hear you may have received a mistake in your order. Send an email to hello@tao-tui.com and we will resolve this as quickly as possible for you. We will dispatch the correct item and arrange for the wrong item to be sent back to us free of charge.

TAO TUI cannot take responsibility for courier delays once an order leaves our warehouse. Unfortunately shipping delays are out of our control and a common occurrence in today’s world. They do not make your order eligible for a refund. Please take this into consideration when purchasing your items.

If you have accidentally ordered the wrong size or provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as quickly as possible at hello@tao-tui.com and we will do our best to assist you. We may be able to edit your order in time before it is sent but we cannot guarantee this. Orders are shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days and you will receive an email confirmation once it has been dispatched.

In the event that you’ve entered a wrong address and we are unable to update it in time, you will need to contact the shipping provider (such as DHL or Australia Post) to update it. We will provide you the tracking details, and then you can contact them.

Yes. Postage, delivery costs, duties and taxes incurred due to change of mind, size, colour or any other reason other than damaged goods, shall be at the customer’s expense. Return shipping costs and / or taxes will not be refunded unless the item is deemed faulty or damaged by TAO TUI.

Please ensure to review our returns policy and ensure that all items are unworn, in original packaging with all tags still attached. Please take care when repackaging your items to ensure the items are neatly folded and in complete original condition.

If your return is rejected we will ship the item back to you at your own expense. We will contact you prior to arrange coverage of the return shipping costs.

To maintain the quality and longevity of your bikini, it’s best to hand wash it in cold water. You may use a mild detergent and gently swirl the bikini in the water to remove any chlorine, saltwater, or sunscreen residue. Avoid wringing or twisting the fabric. After rinsing thoroughly, lay the bikini flat to dry in a shaded area out of direct sunlight. This helps preserve the fabric’s elasticity and prevents colour fading. Do not iron or tumble dry.

The best way to adjust the sliding adjustable bands is to first pull the loop through the middle of the slider, and then pulling the end through to the desired spot. Avoiding trying to pull the slider across without loosening it first, this will only stretch the elastic and may loosen the slider so it moves over time.

To prevent color fading and fabric damage, always rinse your bikini thoroughly with cold water after each use to remove chlorine, saltwater, and sunscreen. Avoid using harsh detergents or bleach; instead, opt for a mild detergent specifically designed for delicate fabrics. Hand washing in cold water is recommended. Additionally, avoid wringing out the bikini and lay it flat to dry in a shaded area out of direct sunlight. Never iron or tumble dry and store your pieces in a cool, dry place after use.
