Returns

We believe you should be able to shop with confidence, especially given the niche nature of our sizing. We offer full refunds on all full priced items, and store credit on final sale items. We do not offer exchanges but suggest opting for store credit and then re-ordering your desired item.

• All orders must be returned within 21 days from the date received. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted, and will be returned at the cost of the customer. 
• All swimwear and clothing must be tried on wearing undergarments and hygiene strips left intact until you are satisfied with your purchase.
• All items MUST be returned in their original condition with tags and hygiene strips attached. If hygiene strips have been tampered with or removed, the return will be voided.
• We do not accept items that have been worn, washed, stained, damaged, or altered.
• All refunds will be processed via the method of payment used only. If a gift card was used, the refund will firstly go back onto the gift card. Any remaining balance will be returned to the alternative payment method.
• We cannot accept refunds for gift cards.
• We are not responsible for and will not refund any customs or import duty and taxes charged by customs.
